My husband signed a contract with World Martial Arts in Mercer Island, Washington. The contract had a clause that said he would be refunded his money if unable to participate due to medical causes.
He substantiated his claims of medical issues preventing him from participating with statements from his doctor. He has tried contacting the company as well as writing letters and they do not respond.
(One phone call resulted in the company stating they could work out some sort of therapy type of workout and would call back...but they never called back.) At this time we would like to have a full and complete refund. How should we best go about getting our money back?
