Complaints.com received the following consumer message on April 30, 2002:

I also ordered a product from University Medical which I did not recieve. I have to check my credit card statement to see if I have been charged. It promises hair growith for men or women. I thank the other person who wrote email dated April 24th. I also have tried to contact them and am unable to do. I try at every imaginable time possible but never can speak to anyone except the ordering person who dosen't seem to listen to me. I did manage to pry an address I can write to . I see this as a very clever runaround. If anyone wants to contact me my email is open. God bless the lady who shared her experience.[on Complaints.com]
