I purchased a new 2002 Honda CR-V from Weir Canyon Honda of Anaheim, California. I picked the vehicle I wanted, then went inside to do the deal. I got an okay, deal, and sat with the finance / DMV guy to do the paperwork.

 

Early into the paperwork session, I took a break; walked out side to admire my new SUV, but I noticed the premium wheels had been replaced with standard ones. The salesman that dealt with me came outside and said "Come back in here, so we can finish the deal..."...he was kind of freaking out....he obviously didn't want me to see that they had bait & switched me.

 

I made a fuss, but then they tried to increase the agreed upon price.....we went around and around a bit, and not until I threatened to leave did they put the wheels back on and give me the correct deal.

 

Although at the end of the day, I got an ok deal, I resent having to deal with the deceit, the manipulation, and being played like a game piece, and the lying to me that went on. I would NOT recommend Weir Canyon Honda of Anaheim to anyone. Dan Lovell
