_____________________ I have had my Simmons Beautyrest for 6 years. I filed a complaint with them 2 years ago and they sent out a supposed independent testing agent who told me my mattress needed to be replaced.( It has deep sinkholes on both sides top & bottom)He measured the mattress depression which was about 2 inche without me lying on it.He refused to measure it with me on it.

I only weigh 160 lbs. An extra firm mattress should not depress almost 4 inches.I I am now considering a class action law suit against Simmons and would like to hear from Simmons owners with similar problems. Call me at 702 736 7099 0r email Email User

A friend of mine bought a simmons beauity matterss with massage in nov. She's had the bed for 10 days and is complaining about worse back pain.She's contacted the store and refuse to give her money back!They have been very disrespectful to her!!If you are still persuing a civial law suit! Let me know!!
