_____________________ I have a 97 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. I have been having trouble with my vehicle since December of 2000. First one of my head gasket went out due to spark plug not installed correctly.. then my compressor on my air condition went out, and now my catalytic convertor. I paid for the head gasket because my warranty had expired. That cost me $2,541.00. I have not been able to get my air condition fix yet. In Texas the summer will not be pretty. But know i find out that my catalytic conventor has went out I call ford customer service, to see if this was cover they said no.

But come to find out is it by federal law. Up to 80k miles. But as you know I am now over 80k by 200 milles when I find out .. But oh so sorry .. We (Ford ) dont care.. but if you can pay 1700.00 we will replace it.. I dont have that kind of money espically not spending 2500 on the head gasket.. and now after the gasket was fixed.. My coils are going out .. I was looking to trade it in and Get a new Experdition, but I cant take the chance of companing closing the door in my face when I have been a loyal customer.

And the bad thing is that I am a credit antaylst at Chase Bank for and it does make me think when I help do some of the deals for the Ford dealership.. especially when people barly get approved .. how if they ever had a problem what will Ford do. I want Ford to please realize how they effect everyday people lives. I have taken my frustion the paper and pen.. Writing National Consmer Organzation with EPA.. local newspaper, internet..and by old reliable , word of mouth..I have put on application to have my case heard... by Judge Judge or Judge Joe Brown or any television show so millions out there will not what Ford will stands for..
