_____________________ I have been writing and telephoning BTinternet.com for weeks trying to cancel my subscription but they keep ignoring my request even though I asked for acknowlegement of my request to cancel.

 

It is harder to cancel membership of BTinternet than to cancel membership of a well known Readers Club
