I have complaint several times in the last three or four months about our internet cable service in our area. We pay for two connections to our house and only receive one connection, plus that connection is down part of the time and receive nothing.

 

They tell us that they are doing repairs and that if we can't wait disconnect our service, which means we have to pay for connection fees again $50 a connection but in the meantime they are collecting the full price of $50 a month. They have a very arrogant attitude and say take it or leave it, could you please forward this complaint on to the CEO of the company because i don't think what they are doing is very ethical and maybe he doesn't know what is going on. We have had no success in our complaint at this end.
