RE: BEST BUY REFUND POLICY

 

 

Best Buy's Refund Policy is ONLY THIRTY DAYS. No ifs, ands or

buts..............for even unopened merchandise WITH the original sales

receipt!

 

Wouldn't even consider a store credit for the $800. merchandise.

This may be their policy (even on their cash register receipts) but it is a

very consumer UNFRIENDLY policy............I can see why their customers are

fewer and their shelves pretty bare!!!

 

This shopper will NEVER set foot in a

Best Buy again. I have NEVER filed a complaint with a store before that they

did not wish to come to a satisfactory agreement with the shopper/consumer!!!
