RE: Bidpay.com ignores requests

Hello, I was one of 7 people who were defrauded (a total of over $20,000) via an

Ebay auction. I sent the accused a Western Union money order for $232.89 (purchased via a

web site called Bidpay. com) at their (the accused's) request after I won the

item being auctioned. I never received the item nor my money after numerous

requests and attempts to contact the accused. Subsequently I found out that I was the 7th victim of this scam perpetrated

by the accused. I was told by Ebay that I could file an insurance claim, but

I would need a copy of the money order sent. I contacted Bidpay. com and explained to the circumstances and that in order

for me to file an insurance claim with Ebay for the amount that I was

defrauded, I would need to get a copy of my money order They have responded

that they would "do a search." That was many weeks ago and no one has

contacted me of the status. I contacted them again, they did not respond.

They ignore my requests. I contacted them 2 more time and received the

response, (they) "don't want to get involved" and that it was "my problem." All I am asking for is a copy of the money order that was cashed. It is

needed also for prosecution of the company. I explained all of this to

Bidpay.com 5 times. They ignore me. I don't mind paying the fee to get this

info. Western Union has said that the can't help because I purchased the money

order from Bidpay.com. Bidpay.com does not want to help me! I feel that I

have been victimised 2 times! Can someone help me?
