RE: Forrest Cate Ford Complaint It all started when we purchased a Ford Expedition from Forrest Cate Ford about a 20 months ago. I ask the sales person Darrel Hughes, if in the near future we wanted to down size to a smaller and cheaper car payment, would that be a problem? He said not at all, the truck stand for itself, it holds good value, he says. Then they put us on a lease program which I ask would it be a problem taking the truck to another dealership to trade if we wanted to in the future, he says no, no problem. So not that we need to down size the payments and the size of the car, well we can't. We have tried everything. I spoke with Forrest Cate his self and his answer was nobody gets a free lunch. Now buy from Forrest Cate if you would like, but remember that his answer to help someone, is nobody gets a free lunch, and I do think you will change you mind about the purchase.
