Services - British Gas Plumbing & Drains Cover service does not work

I am currently having major problems with Brish Gas over this cover. Twice I have had to call them this week & twice I have been told I am not

covered - even though their Terms & Conditions clearly state that I am.

Their pre-sales brochure and post sales terms & conditions are misleading. It

implies that British Gas do this cover. They do not. They use DynoRod for all

drains problems.

DynoRod have failed to turn up 4 times to sort out a drains problem wasting a

lot of my time.
