RE: Conair hair straightener

My daughter had received a hair straightener by Conair for Christmas. She has

been using it for the past several months, only to find that it was damaging

her hair so severly that it was breaking her hair practically at the scalp.

You can only imagine how this makes a young teenage girl feel. Our family

doctor confirmed that it was from the use of the hair straightener. We are

outraged at what your product has done to our daughter and request a speedy

response as to what we should now do.
