I have serious complaints about the 24 hour fitness in Mesquite, Texas (formally the Q)

I have tried to talk to the manager and he was suppose to send our complaints to the main headquarters on March 15. He said to give it a month. Its been 2 months now. He has no record of when he actually send off our complaint, that's because he didn't do it.

We have had numerous membership problems. Too many to list.....

Maybe someone who cares in the management section would like to give me a response

I wont hold my breath....
