On January,6,2001 I ordered a part for my food processor. Model # 701-00 Item ordered was the food chute ( Lid) I have not received it as to this date.
A check for $ 11.00 was sent to Authorized Appliance in Charlotte N.Carolina. (check # 110) I have been calling since January to see when the part will arrive. I am constantly told the part is on back order. I would appreciate any help you can give me on this matter. Thank you E-mail address
