Date: Tuesday, May 22, 2001 09:04 PM I bought a Kenmo air conditioner (AC) a year ago (May 7th, 2000). After enjoying a cool summer in 2000, the trouble comes. When I tried to turn the air conditioner this year, which is in May 12, 2001, the fan doesn't work. since the is only one year warranty on the AC, now I have to pay service fee for pairing the one-year old product.

I must admit that kenmo does make good product. their products can make money in so many ways. first you spend money buying it, then you spend money pairing it. what a perfect product!
