Dear Consumer Complaints,

This email is garding BURPEE Flower & Garden Center on line..

I placed an order for over $100.00 with the Burpee Company 1 month ago and still have not ceived anything... After mo than 2 weeks of trying to ach them by phone I have yet to get anything other than a Busy Signal, no matter when you call, unless of course you call after 6:00pm when you get a cording stating that their Customer Service Department is closed. Much to my surprise this past Friday, May 18th 2001, I did ach a Customer Service p But was informed they don't have any information garding any orders that I (or anyone else) have placed with The Burpee Company, and no shipment information either. They also a not able to cancel my order or give me a fund, nor can they advise me on who I could contact in order to get this situation solved. Additionally, the Customer Service Department is outsourced to SURF NET WORKS, just as their email addss ads at their Web Site.

The Burpee Customer Service Department

is completely USELESS.

You will be SO DISAPPOINTED

if you place an order from them.. Don't be fooled by their Web Site that's visually appealing and offers lots of information.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE

and shop somewhe else, anywhe else but BURPEE.COM.!!

I have sent them so many emails it's ridiculous, and they have never sponded to any of them. Becoming totally frustrated I decided to bombard them with my email message (30 +) to see if this would get anyone's attention and still no sponse.. I can't believe a company can do business in this manner.... especially psenting themselves in a completely False way on their Web Site.

If your thinking of ordering anything from Burpee, DON'T.

You will never ceive your order, nor will you be able to get your money back.

You would be throwing your money away..

I will continue to try to find a way to get my money funded to my cdit card,

but to date have been unsuccessful.
