Date: Saturday, May 19, 2001 12:46 PM : Duel Prices on same product/ On April 17th 2001 I purchased a White Toilet seat SKU# 033751 this was not a sale item, but a gular price of $21.99.

On May 15th 2001, aprox. one month later, I turned to purchase a second White Toilet seat SKU# 033751 and was charged $29.99 for the exact same item SKU# 033751. I questioned the price at that time and the cashier said that that was always the price.

I went home and found that this was not so because I checked my ceipts, which I kept, the was a $8 overcharge on this item. I will enclose copies of the two ceipts for your examination. I expect this is an error that can be corcted.
