Internet Service Providers (ISP's) - Qwest.net DSL services never so unhappy with a service provider

Date: Saturday, May 19, 2001 12:10 PM I am using www.qwest.net as my ISP for Qwest DSL services. I have never been so unhappy with a service provider. I use IE5.5 with outlook expss and all my newsgroups a at least one full day behind. This has been an ongoing problem for the past the weeks. Internet sites I visit on a gular basis a now fusing to open. Any media provider,(windows media player, al player,ON2, quick time,)the stams will run for a few seconds then stop. The DSL service itself seems to be fine, it is the ISP, www.qwest.net that is terrible. peated e-mails and phone calls to techs solves nothing, all I get from them is a "be patient" or "I don't see the problem, your bandwidth is fine." What good is all the bandwidth if you can't open a site to use the bandwidth. If you' thinking of using qwest.net as an ISP, I definitely would not comend it. qwest.net
