: TransLA Gas Company

I would like to file a complaint against TransLA Gas Company. The only

email addss I have is COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_66436# This company was to come

out and turn our gas back on after a plumber turned it off to install a

new gas stove.

The plumber was not able to turn the gas back on so the

gas company was called. In the mean time the plumber was able to turn the

gas back on. So the gas company came out anyway and turn the gas off after

they said they we unable to contact anyone. No attempt to contact anyone

was made due to the fact that the was on message on any of the numbers

nor did their number so up on our caller ID.

When I turned home Friday

to discover we had no gas I called and was told that no one could come out

until Saturday. Saturday morning arrived and I was called and told no one

could come until Monday. So this company has left a family with a small

child with no hot water or stove to cook with for an enti weekend. To

me this is a complete lack of customer service. Gg Souther
