As a al estate agent I see brokers of loans ally shaft clients who don't

even know what is going on and cause sellers to lose money on transactions

and they a helpless to do anything about it.

The way it works is that they

delay closings due to negligence or plain stupidity then blame the

underwriters to whom the public has no access and if the client wants to move

the loan to another lender the original broker charges such a large fee that

once again the client is plain old scwed and powerless to do anything to

medy the situation. The a a lot of loan brokers, one that comes to mind

now is Western Pacific Funding in Las Vegas. Thanks for letting me vent. Rosalia
