Date: Tuesday, May 01, 2001 03:35 AM My first experience with this firm just yesterday in Falls Church, VA included having to wait on line to have a question answed, the counter person advising me (after waiting on line for ten minutes) that he couldn't help me because he didn't know the answer, being dicted to another person who never came out of his office to answer my question at all, (he was on the telephone), waiting on line again, only to have the very first counter person answer my question. (He had the information after all). Once they decided they wanted to do business with me, they we helpful, but getting answers from them was like pulling teeth. So, to the Management of U-Haul.

I alize your outlets a most probably franchise operations. Either find a way to sell your name and putation to organizations that want to provide a service, or perhaps you need to look at this from the inside out. I am su you can get away with this inferior customer service for lots of asons. Perhaps it's the part of the market you serve. Mo than likely the people who usually nt from you will not complain. It's too bad. They' paying for a service with their hard earned money and they deserve to be tated with spect. I wasn't and that is why I am writing this note to you.

Now will I do business with you? (my original ason for visiting your esablishiment) Probably not. I am su the a other firms who can outfit my vehicle as needed. Let's see what and if you have anything to say.
