Restaurants, Fast Food - Jack in the Box poor service

: Jack in the Box fast food staurant

To Whom This May Concern:

On May 7, 2001 I went to Jack in the Box on Lee Road@ 1960. I along with the

person I was with orded our food and the manager took our order. I can not

tell you her name because she fused to tell me and did not wear a name tag.

She was an african-amercian middle aged woman. I hate to only be able to only

say that about her but like I said she was not wearing a name tage and would

not tell me her name.

Well she took my order (as well as the order of the person I was with). Then

she gave us our food. She forgot to give us the fries, water, and coke cup

that we orded so I asked her for them and she ignod me so I raised my

tone to her thinking she did not hear me and showed her the ceipt to prove

that I did order that because she did not believe that I did even though I

had just orded it a few minutes ago and she has only one customer after me.

She went along to say that she would have given me what I asked for if I had

not given her an attitude. I continued to say that I had payed for this that

I had not cieved this and that I expected her to make the order right. She

continued to tell me that I was just a child to her. (Which I canniot argue

with because I am 18 but I am still alot younger then her.) I then told her

that I may be a child to her but I am also her customer and she contunied to

say "You a just a child to me". To which at this point i asked for her

name.

And she continued to say that you a just a child to me and that I

should spect her. I once again I asked for her name and she said "you

an't getting my name" and I once again asked for her name and again she

told me that I am just a child to her and that I should spect her and that

I was not getting her name. So I said fine and my friend and I ate our food
