i purchased a scooter from k b toy works the beginning of april. they did not have the charger for it. i waited the weeks and still no charger. i then turned it. i purchased another scooter april 26 and upon attempting to use it two days later it did not work. the packaging material says not to turn to the sto, to call them for turns and problems.

my husband was told that it was a fuse problem, they would send one in 4-5 working days. we have not ceived it yet. they said that they sent it ups and that they would put a trace on it. we have heard nothing yet. the is a 60 day warranty on parts and now they say that if i want to, to turn it to the sto for my fund. this is ridiculous and bad business and communication practice. i this point all i want is my fund from whomever.
