My problem deals with ordering a subwoofer from Federal Steo Inc.
I have paid for the product with my cdit card online but have yet to
ceive the item. This occud in late February. It is now May and nothing
has shown up.
I need some legal assistance with this case. All I want is my Klipsch
Subwoofer and my money back for the 2 day delivery they failed to
accomplish.

Have you had any resolution? I am having a problem receiving an audio rack from Federal Stereo as well - ordered April 15, still nothing and have terrible responses from the company. I have filed complaint with BBB and review on epinions.com. I will file a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs if I do not have any further resolution.
