I ordered a cordless headset phone from cellular4sale.com, with shipping charges of $5.95 It didn't work well, and they suggested I return it as defective and try another. I did this, at a cost of $7.60 They sent another, and I determined that the phone did not meet my needs. Return it again, at a cost of $7.60 They refunded the purchase price of the phone, but do not refund shipping charges. So I am out $21.15. The list a moneyback guarantee, but don't tell you that you have to pay for all the shipping charges.
