Rooms to Go, Vero Beach, FL - queen size Tuscany style sleeper couch - fabric coming apart within 2.5 years - couch out of warranty

On March 3,2000 we bought a couch from the Vero Beach Rooms to Go. The couch is a queen size sleeper in the Tuscany style. We bought the fabric protection plan as it was described valid for keeping the dirt off also. In the small print when you recieve the warranty the only thing covered is food and drink spills. The fabric picked up stains within 6 months of purchase from dirt etc.

With in 2 1/2 years the fabric starts to come apart the stitching comes out and the actual threads on the cushion break and you have holes. Customer service is very unhelpful as the warranty on the back of bill says it is only warranted for 1 year.

Oh well!!!! (11 years ago when i moved to Florida I bought a living room set from Rhodes and that set is still in good repair) My advice I guess is check out the warranty so you are not out over 700$ like I am with a couch that looks terrible Thank you.
