Huffman Koos, Nanuet, NY - 5 months to deliver furniture that was supposed to be delivered in 8 to 10 weeks - damaged furniture delivered

This complaint pertains to the Huffman Koos store in Nanuet, NY. After waiting 5 months, for diningroom furniture that was supposed to be delivered in 8-10 weeks, we finally received our furniture. Upon arrival, 5 of the 6 diningroom chairs were damaged and the light was missing from the china cabinet.

We were told by customer service at the time of delivery, that the light would take approximately 4 weeks to be delivered to our home, now that has turned into 7 weeks. As far as the chairs were concerned, unless I took another day off of work, which I refused to do, the soonest they could arrange for a tech to inspect our chairs was 6 weeks after delivery.
