RE: Complaints.com - too many complaints on Complaints.com about Bell Sympatico - complaints not valid I got a question for you. Since I am Bell Sympatico member as well as other ppl whos complains I read, and I can tell you its THE most ridiculus thing ever. Those people cant say Bell is not good, you are responsable for your account, and as every company they do need to protect themselves and their business, and they have their policies.

 

Anyways, is there a way to leave a msg to those ppl like a forum or reply to this complaint or something, because those people are over exagerading, as I am costumer and all my familly too, who never had any problems. Because when you do have a problem you call them and they fix it also if you have a problem with tech if they have procedures to follow than you have to wait. I mean no business can guarantee you 100% working services all the times. And we have to be a little more rational and a little bit more realistic when talking about other companies. I never had any problems with any company they I went with 1. becuase I ask questions when I call the company

 

2. I make sure this is exactly what I want

 

3. If I order something and I dont find it sutable I dont call 11 months later to cancel it and ask why

they billed me. I call immidiatly and cancel it and make sure its canceled, even if it means call again

the next day. People are too lazy to take responsabilities in their lives.

 

4. When I order and I have problems with connecton or whatever else depending on what product I am using, I

can understand that there will be problems with it. And I call to make sure that it is on their side. I

also check my computer or whatever I am using the product on to make sure it is not me...

 

5. If I do read the terms and conditions most of the times its simple if I dont agree to it again I call immiditatly 5 times if I have to to make sure I dont get billed or if I do get billed that it is reibursed. If I use the service to try out but didnt agree to terms and conditions and they bill me well I cant expect the refund even if I used 1 minute I still tried it and by trying in most of terms and cond. it states that by using the product you automaticly agree to it and last but not least

 

6. TAKE SOME RESPONSABILITY IN YOUR LIFE FOR GOD SAKES. Well I hope this eaither gets posted or what not because people are way too dependent these days Thank you

You must work for Bell.

Their customer service is ridiculous. First of all it would be nice to communicate with an english speaking person. Secondly, listing to them fumble through a manual is not my idea of techinal help.

Spending 6 hours with them to fix a server problem is a little bit over the top especially when the problem still exists. Never would I recommend this sympatico to anyone
