RE: Dotnow.com - charged $ 9.95 per month - also paid $ 19.95 when signed up for service - didn't received service - unable to reach anyone at company by phone I had singed up with Dotnow.com and never received service. I tried to call and always get the same message the mail box is FULL !
The company has continually taken the sum of $9.95 monthly out of my account without my permission other than the first time for the sum $19.95 in which I supplied with a check number.
I have asked my bank to discontinue but were going to charge my $18.00 to do so. I am now out $60 plus $18.
