Board Dudes 23X35 Magnetic Dry Erase Board from Outpost.com
I purchased a dry erase board from Outpost.com. After it arrived I took it out of the packaging and discarded the packaging. A few days later, when I went to hang it up, I saw that the dry erase board itself has bubbles in it as if the it was coming loose from its backing.
When I called outpost.com, they said that I could not send it back because it did not have the original packaging. They said my only option was to buy a new one. Unless I had the original cardboard box, they would not accept it if I sent it back.
Now I am stuck with a $20 faulty board and will have to spend another $20 for a new one. I will never order another product from Outpost.com again. It seems like a more customer-focused, reputable company would not have told me Im out of luck after they or their manufacturer sent me a faulty product.
