I informed Atomicpark.com of the problem that I am having with the Roxio rebate not being honored. Atomicpark.com has informed me that THEY will honor Roxio's rebate! WOW!

What service---they aren't obligated to honor one of their vendor's rebate problems, but they informed me that my credit card will be credited for the $30.00 rebate.

Thank you, AtomicPark.com! I will do business with you, again, but will NEVER buy a Roxio product, again! Jim Eastman

I purchased Easy CDCreator V5.0 Platinum software (Roxio-The Digital Media Company from ADAPTEC) from Atomicpark.com on 2/4/04. The invoice from Atomicpark.com stated, "Easy CD Creator V5.0 Platinum (All users qualify for $30 Roxio mail-in repabe - Good Thru 2/28/03)".

I mailed in the rebate form , the receipt from the participating retailer (Atomicpark.com), and the UPC barcode from the packaging on 2.12/03. I received a postcard back from Roxio stating that my rebate request was not honored because, "The UPC barcode submitted is not eligible for this promotion". I sent Roxio customer service an e-mail on their support site. This was sent on3/10/03. That was 19 (NINETEEN!) days ago and I have receive NO response from Roxio. What kind of HORSE MANURE is this? I see that others have had problems getting product support from Roxio on this product. It really makes me regret buying their product and it reflects poorly on Atomicpark.com, too! Thanks for hearing my complaint ---perhaps it will help someother poor soul. Jim Eastman
