RE: Direct TV - defective dish installed - technician then told can't go on roof to fix to avoid causing damage to Spanish tile roof
After months of having problems with the reception Directtv finally agreed to install a new dish on my roof. When the technician realized that i have spanish tiles on the roof he called the office and was instructed not to go to the roof due to security reasons and to avoid damage on the spanish tiles.
My point is that the spanish tiles roof was not an issue when they installed the defective dish the first time. Can you, please, tell me who regulates the satellite business so I can file a complaint. Thanks.
