RE: Silkies - received past due notice for Silkies hosiery for $ 3.98 - never received a previous bill and never received the pantyhose

I recieved a past due notice from silkies hosiery program for the amount of three dollars and ninety eight cents. I have never recieved a bill before now or a pair of hose.

I have no intention of sending any money until i recieve my hose .

Then I will send a payment and will never again do any bussiness with silkies again.
