Complaints.com received the following on March 28, 2003:

RE: mycardaccount.com - Providian moved account to mycardaccount.com - now payments are not being posted on time - getting late charges

 

Providian switched my account to a new subscriber. I didn't mind that, but now my payments are not being posted on time and I get charged for none payment.

 

The 800 number can not be reached, and I do not want my credit to be ruined.

 

I need help.
