La Z Boy Rocker / Glider - chair broke - parts under warranty, but not the service, pickup or estimates - purchased from La Z Boy Furniture Gallery, Fredericksburg, VA - told at time of purchase that chair had 'lifetime warranty'

RE: La Z Boy Rocker / Glider - chair broke - parts under warranty, but not the service, pickup or estimates - purchased from La Z Boy Furniture Gallery, Fredericksburg, VA - told at time of purchase that chair had 'lifetime warranty' PURCHASED A LA Z BOY ROCKER/GLIDER sept 22, 01. The glider part broke, contacted La Z Soy Furniture Gallery in Fredericksburg, Va, where we purchased from.

The parts are under warraunty, but not the service, pickup or estimates, this after the gallery assuring us it was a lifetime warranty. No wonder I couldn't find any paper work on the warranty, only on the material.

Well for my money I will take it to Sears oranother store that does back their warranties.

I wish I had read the complaints posted here before buying.
