I have a major complaint about Travelocity.com. I needed a short-notice flight due to a funeral. So I called a few airlines and got some fares and then checked fares on the net. I found one for less than half the price on travelocity. So I went ahead and booked and paid for it.
It was right around midnight. The next morning at 10 am I got a call (lucky I hadn't gone to work as I had planned) saying sorry they couldn't do process the ticket. I was scheduled to leave in 7 hours. I was outraged to say the least. They said due to the fact that the time of the reservation had gone past midnight they were unable to process it.
I asked for recourse and all I got was too bad for you. You're just out of luck. I had to rebook a new flight directly through the airline. To say the least, it was extremely inconvenient. I have resolved to stick to Expedia, Orbitz, and airlines. I have always used Expedia and found them good.
