TCA Rebates, New Rochelle, NY

I have been waiting for four months for two $150 rebate checks. When I checked on-line several times, the mail date has been pushed back several times. I have called numerous times, first to be hung up on and then put in the voice mail cycle.

When I finally did get to talk to a supervisor, she could not tell me why they were holding up the payment. When I started asking for the name of the company president and other names of people I had talked with,

she finally said, "what do you want?" I told her I wanted my money.

She said, "OK, I'll send your checks today." DID SHE DO THAT? NO !
