when i first received my computer, i informed dell i was missing a color cartridge. they sent me on, but is was the wrong size(order # 50830864-00), so i called and they said they would send me the right size #10N0026.
they said i have to give them my visa # and when i receive it ias to call them and give them case #034919923 and they would have it taken off my credit card.
to this date dell has not done this. is this how dell does business? if so, i'll spread the word. it's bad enough, they screwed me out of a cd burner, now this jay weiss
