There were only 3 women working in the Rally's on Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis, IN. It took us 10 minutes minimum to get up to the board to place our order and 30 minutes later we left with our food, less an item ordered (but not paid for).
We had to go back to the drive through window and interfere with the person who was waiting impatiently behind us. I realize they were very busy, but watching them work, one woman STOOD at the fryer like she was afraid it was going someplace instead of helping someone out. I guess fast food just isn't what it's meant to be.
