RE: Q-Ray bracelet - www.qray.com - no reply to e-mail sent to Email User

I purchased a Q-Ray bracelet in January through one of their wholesalers. I know that the warranty from Q-Ray of 30 days did not extend to this purchase. However, within 30 days I sent an e-mail to Q-Ray asking if it were possible that I had a defective product as I was not receiving the benefits they claimed.

I used Email User I also believe I used one of their direct links.

I also asked if they would allow me to return it to them or even exchange it. I figured the worst thing that can happen is they say no, but at least they would acknowledge my question and give a courteous response. That was about a dozen e-mails ago. I have never received any response. Therefore, I must conclude that they don't have a satisfactory product as they won't communicate with me. I'm left with the thought that the only thing amazing about the amazing q-ray is if you get a response back from the company.
