PayPal.com - purchased digital camera via eBay - returned camera to seller - trouble with paperwork to get refund via PayPal - faxed documents to PayPal - haven't received notification of receipt of faxed paperwork - haven't received refund yet

This concerns the money back guarantee with www.paypal.com (PayPal Inc). I have been waiting almost two months for a resolution. I cannot get any information about what the current status is. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and am currently consulting a lawyer. Thanks for letting me air my complaint.

i purchased a digital camera via e-bay , and decided against keeping it. i contacted the buyer and he had no issue with my returning the camera, so i sent the camera to paypal and followed their guidelines for the paperwork, etc., for requesting my money back.

i put the paperwork in with the camera--they got the camera but not the paperwork. it took 5 phone calls just to get that information. i faxed the documentation last thursday, and have not received any notification of them having received it.
