I gave PG&E a deposit of $300 for a rental I was living in. I cancelled my service on 12/31/02 and to date, have not received my funds back or even a return phone call.

 

This is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life! Each time I call (every day) I am told "there is a problem, we are working on it".

 

I maintain, how difficult can it be to authorize a check to be refunded to me? This is unacceptable and PG&E is holding my money hostage because they can't get their heads out of their butts. I am livid!
