RMCB collection bureau - continue to receive billing notices, but haven't ordered anything

Continue to receive "notices" from RMCB when I haven't ordered anything. This is the letter I sent them, but the just send new "bills" and no response -

The client mentioned "American Collegiate Marketing" is unknown to myself and my records indicate absolutely no authorized purchases from them. Please submit all records of signed purchase authorization and details of shipments made and received by me in order to clear this matter. Until a complete set of these records are received by us, we will consider this claim to be made in error and removed from any record involving me. All correspondence must be made in writing.
