Wal-Mart, Barstow, CA - didn't have yellow ribbon in stock

we live in newberry springs ca, we shop in barstow ca, at wall mart because it is the only dept.store that we don't have to travel 50 miles to. my complaint is my friend and i wanted some yellow ribbon, to put on my house and the senior center here for support for my 3 sons and all the rest of the miitary.

we were told they saw no need to have yellow ribbon or bows because it was either a seasonal item or they didn't have enough shelf space.

that is the standard answer at this store if they don't caryy an item ,so could you please tell me what your policy is ,so that next time my friend and i will travel the 50 miles and go to a store that really has customer service and really wants the buisness.
