I am a very disatisfied customer!
1. My cellphone was taken to Nokia in Durban Springfield for repairs on the 3 March 2003, I was told that the repair would take +- 5 - 8 working days.
2. On the 6 March 2003 I spoke to Olga at the branch who told me that the phone would be ready the following week.
3. On the 13 March 2003 I spoke to the counter manageress who did not give me her name and told me once again that my phone would be ready the following week.
4. On the 19 March 2003 I spoke to Larisse and was told that they were still awaiting spares. Peturbed about the nonsense I was being fed over the weeks, I telephoned Nokia in Johannesburg and told that the spared destined for South Africa from overseas was sent to the wrong country.
5. Is this my problem
6. I am being inconvenienced for almost a month.
7. Nokia I was told by the Manager in Durban, Pravesh is his name, does not give out any loan phones.
8. So what exactly am I supposed to do. My phone is used for business purposes. I chose a Nokia cellphone because I was under the impression that Nokia provides the best cellphone as well as Custome service Definately not so!
9. I am appalled at being lied to by the staff at Nokia Springfield Durban, I will tell all my friends, family and colleagues about the appalling service provided by Nokia.
10. Who is going to compensate me for my loss, is Nokia willing to give me a new cellphone? Actually I would expect a new cellular phone for all my troubles.
