I just wanted to echo the post that you already have regarding Feature Price hosting network. They did the exact same thing to me. After one year of decent service, rather than tell me it was time to renew, they simply yanked the plug on my web site and replaced it with a message saying it was suspended. It gave an e-mail for me to contact which I did 25 times. Not one single response was ever received. I called on the phone numerous times. Usually a voice message will put you on hold and then came back in a couple of minutes to say that they are busy, call back later, and then hangs up on you. I snail mailed the corporate office with no response. I couldn't access the Cancellation Request form because the link on the web site was dead. After they finally fixed the link to the cancellation form, I faxed it to them 3 times with the same result, no response. Feature Price is by far the worst company, when it comes to customer relations, that I have ever dealt with. Not just web hosing companies but any company. After weeks of frustration I contacted IPowerWeb and they had my site up and running in 10 minutes. I am still out $165 but am looking into what legal recourse I have with Feature Price. Bob Pahlow
