RE: www.analog-digital-cable-descramblers.com/digital-cable.html - digital cable filter didn't work as expected - unable to get refund of $ 125 - can't dispute with PayPal due to being past 30 day period I purchased a digital cable filter from www.analog-digital-cable-descramblers.com/digital-cable.html (no longer online) which is marketed as a device to legally help save money on your cable bill. The only option given to me to pay for the device was PayPal. My order id for this sale was: 3WL8323309457560T. I ordered the device on November 21, 2002. It took almost one month to arrive. Then I tried it and received my first cable bill in mid January. The product did nothing to save me any money whatsoever. I tried in vain on many occasions to contact the company at Email User, 206-666-5351 and their management company APlus Enterprises at 818-377-9790 but they are completely ignoring my sincere requests to return the item and get a refund or credit. I tried to complain to PayPal but they state that after thirty days there is nothing they will do. There is absolutely no way I could have verified that the product worked within PayPal's 30 day stipulation especially since it took almost thirty days to arrive in the first place. I would like PayPal to investigate this group so that no one else has to go through what I have gone through and to return my $125.00.
