Complaints.com received the following on March 26, 2003:

I ordered from deer creek in April of 2002. I only got 1 item I ordered. I've called at least a dozen or more times. I just got the run around. They said my products were on the way. I even wrote the president of the company. I got no answer, he must be a nice person.

 

I called again in Dec. I talked to Mary and told her my problem. She said she would have all my money refunded. I still have not been refunded. It's almost a year since I put in my order. I think it's funny that when you call in an order you can call a toll free number.

 

But when you have a complaint the number you call, cost you. I called the number 954-978-0697. Somtimes I had to wait on the line for 30 minutes.

 

I think that this tells you what kind of company it is.
