I am once again submitting a complaint about Dell Computers, but this will be the last since my 5 year old computer has finally died! This computer was a lemon from jump street. In five years this computer has had three mother boards, two hard drives and various other parts replaced. They worked on this computer so much Dell canceled my contract early! As if I'm going to fall for that.

People, always keep each and every piece of paper you receive from companies you buy merchandise from especially if you start off having problems early on after purchases. Dell attempted to convince me that I had only upgraded my warranty to the best, that was what the second warranty payment was for. Not for an extended warranty.

Apparently some one was cutting corners on their paper work, because both warranties are clearly and self explanatory. I'm getting ready to start filing complaints and charges against them for fraud! I'm going to get my day in court. I'm like a Pit Bull when it comes to my hard earned money.

A five year old computer shouldn't just die. I'm now using my computer that I had before I decided to upgrade to a Dell Computer (Which one is the work horse?) It surely isn't the Dell. Get ready Dell I'm coming for my money!
