We have had major continual problems with 3 of the 3 carpets that they installed for us.

They do not stand behind their work in our experience. I have to hire other carpet installers to fix the problems that they have left behind, costing me much more in the long run.

The problems have included, among others, installing defective (decrepit and smelly) carpet and incompetent installations in which the carpet continues to buckle and come up due to improper padding that they used.
